The Isle menu isn't appearing, what information should go in a support ticket?

For anyone who gets stuck during setup, what information makes a support ticket useful? I'm guessing "the menu doesn't show" is too vague on its own. I'd include Windows version, current Evrima build, whether the product status page says it's online, and a screenshot of any error.

Anything else worth including? Also, please tell me people aren't still posting full license keys in public Discord channels. That can't be a good idea.

Definitely don't post the key publicly. Keep account info to the official ticket or support chat.

A short screen recording can help if it's hard to explain, but blur private info first.

Note if the game itself launches normally without the third-party tool. That's a useful distinction for support and doesn't require guessing at a fix.

And don't turn off security software because a random commenter says so. Ask the vendor to explain the warning and decide carefully.

A reproducible description is the goal. "I clicked X, then got error Y" is much better than twelve screenshots of unrelated settings.
