The Isle product page says Cloud DMA is required. What should I ask before paying?

The Cloud DMA line on the product page stood out to me because it says "required for full functionality," but the short summary doesn't explain much beyond that.

Before paying, I'd want a plain-English answer to what the requirement means, whether it applies to every feature or only some of them, and what additional costs or compatibility limits I should know about. I'm not asking for a hardware setup tutorial. Just trying to avoid buying something without understanding the requirements.

That's the right question to ask before checkout, not after. Get the answer from support in writing.

Same. If "full functionality" isn't clear, ask which parts are unavailable without it. Don't let anyone in the thread guess.

Also ask about current status and refund terms while you're there. Requirements, availability and refund rules are different questions.

This is one of those cases where a two-minute pre-sale question could save a lot of hassle. If the answer is still fuzzy, I'd pause.
